The change of use from Class C1 (Bed and Breakfast) to Class C3 (Dwelling) at The Timbers, Bridge Place Road, Camerton, has been applied for by Mr and Mrs Andrew and Penelope Scott.

Planning applications received this week include:

The conversion of redundant stables and hay store to ancillary residential accommodation at Vereker House, Pitcot Lane, Stratton-on-the-Fosse, has been applied for by Mr Onians.

The proposed erection of single storey side extension at Barnfield House, Abbey Road, Chilcompton, has been applied for by Mrs Lana Bowker.

The erection of timber monopitch barn and trackway at Lower North End Farm, Lower Bristol Road, Clutton, has been applied for by Mrs Elizabeth Dagger.

The erection of first floor side extension at 9 Ashmead, Temple Cloud, is wanted by Mr and Mrs Anthony and Melanie Minty.

Erection of single storey front and rear extensions and raise eastern/southern boundary walls to 2.4m high at 43 Riverside Walk, Midsomer Norton, has been applied for by Mr and Mrs D Langley.

Variation of condition 2 (plans list) of application 16/06243/FUL (Erection of two detached dwellings following the demolition of an existing livery building and associated works) at The Paddocks, Timsbury Road, Farmborough, has been applied for by Mr Peter Jarman.

Planning applications decided this week include:

An application for a non-material amendment to permission 2016/3102/HSE for the fenestration and ridge line at 1 Brick Cottages, Holcombe Hill, Holcombe, by Mr Peter Simpson has been refused.

Tree Works - Cedar Tree (M1082) requires crown lifting and removal of small branch overhanging noticeboard on land at the junction of Coles Garden, Kilmersdon, by Ms Lesley Close have been approved.
