Everyone horrified by the news from Ukraine is asking how they can help.
Over in Frome 23 Bath Street will be hosting a Big Gig for Ukraine. Rivers of England and Flash Harry on the bill already.

In Paulton the Dog Groomery is collecting for the pets in Ukraine.
Details HERE: they have raised over £18,000 so far And this coming Saturday they are collecting for refugees in Bruton. Details on the poster, they really need baby milk and nappies. You can also email them [email protected] B&NES council is encouraging donations to established organisations such as the British Red Cross HERE and UNICEF HERE If people donate to the Disasters Emergency Committee HERE money will be matched pound for pound by the government, up to £20m. Today (March 10) the MoD says it has confirmed from Russia which invaded Ukraine on February 24, that it has been using a thermobaric bomb, or so called vacuum bombs. The Soviet-era weapon sucks in surrounding oxygen, creating higher temperatures and extreme explosions. The weapons are not illegal but under rules of engagement cannot be used against military targets if their launch could also harm civilians.
