In case you missed it - a new park run/walk and everyone welcome at Five Arches

There is a local new parkrun - although you can walk which started last Saturday and is already a huge success.

No wonder since it is through a lovely bit of local greenery and will be held again this coming weekend.

Volunteer Alison Morrison explains:

What is Five Arches parkrun?

A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you!

When is it?

Every Saturday at 9:00am.

Where is it?

The event takes place at Five Arches, Norton-Radstock Greenway (by the Tom Huyton Play Park), Somervale Road, Radstock, BA3 3AA.

What does it cost to join in?

Nothing - it's free! but please register (https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/?eventName=fivearches )before you first come along. Only ever register with parkrun once and don't forget to bring a scannable copy of your barcode . If you forget it, you won't get a time.

How fast do I have to be?

We all take part for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!
