Jobs and Midsomer Norton based, MMA Architectural Systems Ltd have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice Business and Sales .

Now they are looking for an administrator to work in their fun, friendly and supported environment. The company supplies high quality architectural solutions to the construction industry across the UK. This is a wonderful role for an ambitious individual. where you will gain a variety of skills and experience, learning about the products, whilst working within our small but active team. To be successful, you will need to have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable speaking to a range of individuals from architect firms, construction and fabrication companies. You will be friendly, polite, have a brain for understanding technical elements of architectural products (maybe you are good at working on your bicycle, a car engine or you love a bit of LEGO Technic?!). You will relish the freedom to work autonomously but within a highly supportive team. You will be enthusiastic and keen to learn and progress.
Duties include:
Liaising with architects or architects' librarians.
Sending out brochures to contacts.Follow up calls and emails.
Investigating live construction projects that might require our products.Contacting contractors and architects involved to help with specification and samples.
Following up on quotations for the technical team.General office activities.
Contacting regular customers to review performance.Identify and contact potential return/new customers.
Skills required Computer literacyKnowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
Good communication skillsA technical understanding
To project a willing and helpful attitude to customers.Qualification required
GCSE Maths and English at a grade 4 (C) or above
Personal qualities required
Confident Communicator
Self-relianceKeen to learn
