For a local parish council. As the principal adviser on financial matters this would be a largely home-based job, but will include attendance at evening meetings and site visits.
The role involves full responsibility for the parish council's finances and positive experience in financial practice, action and monitoring and scrutiny.

A vacancy for a Senior Bookkeeper near Radstock
The salary on this one is set up to £30,000. A highly reputable and successful accountancy practice needs someone to service a wide ranging and varied portfolio of clients delivering bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll and providing other services.
You may be AAT studying, or hold an AAT qualification but if supported by a relevant career history and technical skill set, a relevant experienced background only, is equally of interest. You will need several years experience within accountancy practice, or perhaps be a self-employed senior bookkeeper seeking the stability of a permanent employed position.

Manufacturing engineer for Thales
You would work with the engineering teams to resolve problems that arise during the production phase to review Product Defining Data (PDD) and ensure it is suitable for manufacture. To also analyse and initiate changes to PDD throughout the design and product lifecycle. • If this sounds like the kind of experience you have, the pay is up to £44 an hour. Requirements:
- Recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent
