The Newt the luxury country estate near Bruton has a vacancy for a chef. It has been expanding and making quite the mark, winning a lot of awards and praise for its elegant and luxurious service. There are three restaurants, multiple kitchens and acres of vegetable fields on the site, along with a butchery, bakery and creamery. The kitchens are the Botanical Rooms, the Garden Caf and the Visitor Kitchen.
