Are you an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor?

Paying up to £60,000 plus benefits you would be expected to provide commercial support to the delivery teams. This will include commercial management at a framework level including a wide variety of different and complex contract types. The role would need to manage tight deadlines to meet both internal and external reporting periods.

You would also need to review and negotiate awarded contracts to ensure a commercially beneficial position to the business.

Be responsible for the accurate and on time compilation of reporting to meet strict monthly deadlines. These reports feed into a wider batch of reporting completed across the business and you will be expected to provide support and feedback to both the delivery teams and management where required.

A credit controller in Midsomer Norton

Working alongside the wider finance team, you will support the credit control function of the department. As a Credit Controller, you will assist in the monitoring of payments and ensuring the cash cycle is maintained.

Key duties will include:

  • Ensuring the timely receipt of payments from customers
  • Proactively managing debt
  • Reconciling payments received
  • Monitoring debtor balances against agreed payment plans
  • Generating customer statements

Reporting to the Head of Supporter Engagement, you'll recruit, retain (welcome), and reactivate individual supporters and members, ensuring they have the best experience, maximising lifetime value. You'll work closely with the Supporter Engagement Manager as required.

In addition, you'll expand the acquisition portfolio, initiating and/or managing a variety of acquisition and reactivation methods and channels, attracting new audiences through methods such as digital and telephone fundraising and work with the lottery.
