Over a hundred trees in the Midsomer Norton and Radstock post code area will be being picked up and will in turn support the local hospice charity.

You still have time - just - if you want to dispose of your Christmas Tree and help the local charity, Dorothy House Hospice care.

Their tree collection booking website closes at 12 midday today (January 7).

The charity has so far signed up 130 trees in the BA3 area, where it is collecting for the first time, and the entire collection in the 14 postcodes the hospice offers the service, has so far raised an incredible £40,000.

A spokesperson for the charity said, very simply: "It's amazing."

If you have a Christmas Tree and can get on line, the final sign up is at:
