Following on from earlier discussions about what to do to engage with youth in Midsomer Norton, town councillors have approved the setting up of a Working Party to investigate the current provision for young people provided by the Town Council.

The Working Party to include the following Councillors – Christian Griffiths, Gordon Mackay, Martyn Plant and Steve Plumley.

Nub News is happy to clarify that the town's Youth Hub has been shut on occasional youth nights but is very much open and used by a number of groups.

But we have been told by two businesses that they are concerned about growing levels of anti social behaviour and apparent drug taking in the evenings along Midsomer Norton High Street.
