New exercise classes at the Hive in Peasedown St John are proving to be a big hit.

Run by Sam James, a local fitness trainer, the classes are designed for all ages and people of all abilities.

Centre Manager, Lucy Day, said:

"Now that we're well into the New Year, there is no better time to make changes to our lifestyle and exercise routines than now!

These classes, run by Sam, are suitable for all levels of fitness. Everyone works at their own pace and their own level to ensure they benefit from the session.

These new classes are part of just a range of events and activities we have taking place at The Hive."
