Now they DID deserve a party - Somer Valley pupils wow as they head off to end of year celebrations

You may have noticed some very glamorous youngsters recently, heading off locally to their end of school parties.
No one can possibly argue how they deserve all our congratulations for getting through some really tough school times, possibly the hardest ever with Covid lockdowns and shut downs. So much stress on such young shoulders.
And so it was lovely to see that the tradition of glamour, sophistication and some incredible vehicles to deliver the prince and princesses to the balls was in order.
These are just a selection of the lovely outfits on show as Norton Hill school enjoyed their afternoon prom at the Farrington Golf Course, while pupils from Writhlington headed off to The Centurion.
Well done all of you, and your parents, and carers and of course your, teachers for all the hard work.
