Planning decisions and applications in and around Radstock

Planning news from in and around Radstock this week include:

An application has been put into BANES planning to build a weatherproof link at Manor Farm House Nursing Home, Church Street in Radstock, to connect up five detached bedrooms and the care home.

An application has been made to put in a new telecommunications fibre cabinet at Street Record, Woodborough Road in Radstock.

In Clutton an application has been made to turn the Warwick Arms on Upper Bristol Road, into offices.

In Paulton an application has been made to extend and convert San Roma, Winterfield Road to make two three-bedroomed homes.

In Timsbury, an application has been made to convert the gardener's store at Parish's House in Hook into a conference centre to be used for charity functions.

Planning applications decided by BANES this week include:

An application to change a log cabin in the garden of residential owned three bed semi-detached house at 5 Hayes Road, Midsomer Norton into a nail studio, has been permitted.

A planning application for a new sewage treatment plant with associated drains, pumps and soakaway at North Riding , 49 Mearns, High Littleton, has been refused.
