Planning News in and around Norton Radstock this week

In planning news in and around Midsomer Norton and Radstock this week.

In the Enterprise Park units, 24-25, under reference 21/00197/FUL

they have put in an application to put in new windows to the front elevation and details on some internal alterations.

Over at Somervale School, on Redfield Road, Midsomer Norton, (application 21/00180/TCA) they have applied to carry out what is being called remedial works to trees as proposed in the survey documents.

Householders have applied to fell a Sycamore and prune a Western Red Cedar at 1 High Street, Wellow, That is under application 21/00246/TCA

Over in Peasedown The Old Police House, on Eckweek Road, under reference 21/00198/FUL has applied to build a new porch entrance extension to the front elevation and replace an existing high hedge with new low stone wall.

In Cameley, Cinderlands, on Cameley Road, (under application

21/00231/ADCOU) they have requested prior approval for change of use from agricultural building to a home (C3) and for associated operational development.

Over in Carlingcott, at number 7 Carlingcott, Postocde BA2 8AR

an application is in to build an outbuilding following the removal garden shed. That's reference 21/00200/FUL

Planning applications decided this week in B&NES include:

Prior approval has been granted to build a single storey rear flat roof extension at 6 High Park, in Paulton, that is at postcode BS39 7LN.

An application to build a two storey rear extension at 21 Southover Road, in High Littleton, and the building of a new party wall has been permitted.

And on land at Meadgate East, in Camerton, approval has been granted to build a framed agricultural building for storing forage, together with hedgerow planting on the boundaries of the field in native species in order to mitigate any adverse landscape and visual impact.
