Planning news in and around Radstock this week includes:

An application is in to build a two storey side extension and two storey rear extension with single storey lean-to roof included following the demolition of the existing rear conservatory at 2 Vale View, Radstock, Details under 22/00804/FUL

An application is in to B&NES by the homeowners of 1 The Dring, in Westfield, (details under 22/00807/FUL ) to build a side extension, replacement porch and replacement garage.

There is also a similar application to build a single storey front extension at 95 Waterford Park, in Westfield, (details under 22/00832/FUL)

In Peasedown the owners of 76 Frederick Avenue, BA2 8JA have applied to build a driveway to the front of the dwelling, (details under 22/00849/FUL)

In Midsomer Norton the owners of 35 The Timbers, BA3 4DT

under application 22/00822/FUL have put in a proposal to build a single storey rear extension and garage conversion with raised roof height.

In a retrospective planning application 35 Riverside Close in Midsomer Norton, (details under 22/00782/FUL) has applied to build a single storey rear extension and to renovate internal elements.

An application by 7 Brookside Close in Paulton to build a single storey rear extension and associated works has been permitted.
