Number 3 Railway View Place, in Midsomer Norton have put in an application to replace an existing conservatory. Details under 22/04815/FUL
Number 48 North Road, also in Midsomer Norton, has put in an application for a two storey rear and side extension. Details on the B&NES planning site under 23/00574/FUL
And the application for Silver Street has put in for approval of reserved matters with regard to application 21/01656/OUT (Outline application for the erection of 9 dwellings with all matters reserved except access). Again details on the B&NES site under 23/00449/RES

Planning decisions include: An application by 29 Hayes Road, in Radstock for a single storey rear extension and a garden room/store following partial demolition of garage has been permitted.
And remember it is the last few days to comment on this. Consultation closes February 23 on the Old Mills development plans, and this might be the only opportunity the public get to have a say. Bath and North East Somerset Council is considering granting a local development order which would mean developers would not need to apply for individual planning permission to build on the Somer Valley Enterprise Zone site for the next 20 years.
