Details under 22/03532/OUT in the application they say that the existing bungalow was built in approximately 1965 and is typical of the period and the area. The existing dwellings in the area are typically formed of reconstituted Bath stone walls supporting tiled roofs with mainly white UPVC window frames and doors.
