The development next to the new primary school in Midsomer has been reminded of the terms on which they can operate.

Midsomer Norton Nub News has been contacted by a concerned member of the public, following alleged breaches in the hours that heavy machinery is working on site, sometimes from 7am.

Councillor Tim Ball, cabinet member for Planning, said: "Following complaints received in mid-November, we reminded the developer that they must keep to approved construction hours and that a continued failure to do so could result in enforcement action. They confirmed that they would remind all site staff about the limitations to working hours. We have not received any complaints since then, but any residents who still have concerns are welcome to email us at [email protected] so that we can investigate if needed."
