If you are a student at Strode College in Street - have a lie in tomorrow (February 18)

The college has just announced that, like so all the schools and early years settings across Somerset it will close due to Storm Eunice.

The College has been informed that no school buses will be running

They wrote: " To ensure students and staff are safe travelling to and from College we have taken the decision to close the College tomorrow 18 February 2022 to all. Teaching staff will where possible, continue to teach remotely/send students home with work.

We have not taken this decision lightly but hope you understand that people's safety comes first."

Please refer to the Strode College website https://www.strode-college.ac.uk/ for further updates.
