Radstock Museum's Bygone Days Talks will take a break away from the usual local history themes to give people the opportunity to hear a fascinating and hilarious talk by the very entertaining local pest controller Simon Dando.

Simon explains, "I run a business called Charlton Pest Control but am now semi-retired. I was made redundant from Purnell's Print Works and started my business in 1999. My talk will be about some of the interesting and funny incidents that have happened over the years. "My claim to fame" is that I have carried out pest control for God and the Prince of Wales, now King Charles 111. It was during one pest control job that I was "privileged" to see the vicar's knickers!" Simon will take you on a journey through a career which took him to all sorts of places meeting all sorts of people and whereby unusual problems needed creative solutions.

An informative, fascinating and hilarious talk; not to be missed.

The talk will take place on Tuesday 1st November, 7:30pm at the Somer Centre, Midsomer Norton. No booking required.
