Leading independent estate agency, and sponsors of the Wells Nub News property section, Roderick Thomas Estate Agents has been awarded the Gold Award for Lettings, winning a place in the prestigious Best Estate Agent Guide 2023.

The Best Estate Agent Guide Gold Award marks the third accolade for the independent Somerset agency in less than 18 months. In April 2021 and April 2022 the agency won The British Property Awards Gold Award for best customer service.

For the Best Estate Agent awards 2023, more than15,000 estate agencies nationwide were scored for property marketing, customer service and results, to identify the best agencies in the country.

Somerset's Roderick Thomas Estate Agents, with principal offices in Castle Cary and Wells, picked up a Gold Award for Lettings. The award was announced on September 21 at the 2022 EA Masters, the biggest agency estate agency event in the country, attended by more than 1,000 property professionals from across the UK and partnered by property portal OnThe Market.

Agency founder and owner Roderick Thomas commented, "We're thrilled to win the Best Estate Agent Gold Award for Lettings. Scoring a hat-trick of industry awards in just 18 months shows our exceptional level of customer service and our consistently excellent results in both property sales and lettings. Gaining a place in the Best Estate Agent Guide 2023 is a fantastic achievement, owed to the hard work and dedication of everyone in the team."
