Midsomer Norton Town Council has published the first of a series of Newsletters to their website: www.midsomernortontowncouncil.co.uk/newsletter/

Since June, the Mayor's Announcements have been published monthly detailing what the Mayor has been up to featuring pictures from various engagements around Midsomer Norton and Somerset.

Despite overwhelmingly positive feedback, one criticism was the production was too "Mayor-focussed" so the Council's Media and Communications Working Party decided to expand the offering to produce a monthly newsletter featuring input from all Councillors and staff.

The first release, for November, features a foreword from the Town Clerk, Katie Mason plus an overview of the Council's activities over the last month. There is also a diary of November's events and a handy Town map on the back.

Residents who need a printed copy should contact the Office.
