A reader has sent us these before and after photos of the Wellow Brook footpath.

What was once a wildlife haven and a dog walkers paradise is now an untidy and dangerous mess. Shameful!

Without any notice, notification, consultation or consideration someone - B&NES Coincil, Midsomer Norton Council or Western Power Distribution has decided to do this to a fantastic nature and dog walking area. What was a beautiful, wild place has just been made into an unsafe and hideous mess. Congratulations to all concerned."
