In planning news, the following applications are currently on the B&NES board.

The owner of the Cottage, at 21 Steam Mills in Midsomer Norton has put in a application to convert an existing outbuilding into a self contained annex accommodation.Planning Portal Reference Number, PP-09045023.

In Westfield, 13 Fosseway Gardens has applied to build a single storey side extension. Planning Portal Reference Number PP-09068986.

In Clandown an application to build a two storey rear extension has been put in for 3 Princes Street in Clandown BA3 3DJ. Planning Portal Reference NumberPP-09070170

In recent planning decisions:

An application has been approved to build a single storey rear extension at 49 Paulton Road, Midsomer Norton.

An application to build a carport at 1 Old Pit Terrace, Clandown, Radstock, has been ruled lawful.

The conversion of a garage into living accommodation at Glan Avon, 1A Carlton Close, in Clutton, along with the building of a new detached garage has been approved.

A condition concerning the drainage system for work around an agricultural building at Windmill Barn, Wellow Road, in Wellow, to build two houses has been discharged.
