Police appealing for witnesses to altercation in Coleford

Witnesses are being sought following an altercation in Coleford.

Several men were involved in the incident in Coleford between 10.15am and 11.15am on Monday (November 4).

The incident happened in Church Street, at its junction with Highbury Street, near to the Co-op.

No-one was reported to have been injured. Police enquiries are continuing into the incident.

An Avon and Somerset Police spokesman said: "We would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and who may have information to help our enquiries.

"Please quote reference 5219255032."
