Tractor Fire at A39 Chewton Mendip, Somerset

Date: 03.10.2019Time: 14:29Location: A39 Chewton Mendip, SomersetFire appliances from Paulton (Avon FRS) and Wells attended a fire involving a tractor. On arrival crews confirmed the vehicle well alight, and got to work with two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet. Crews put the fire out and confirmed the ignition as accidental. Duty of care was left with the owner who was in attendance.
