The Latte Lounge, Midsomer Norton - the best hot chocolate in the universe?

The Latte Lounge, based at 84b High Street, Midsomer Norton, BA3 2DE opened with great success on Monday 26th September with many people from the local community attending the event with the official opening ribbon being cut by local author Karla Neblett, the author of King of Rabbits.

The Latte Lounge (located at the rear of 84b, formerly the Sue Ryder charity shop) is a comfortable and relaxing space selling barista tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cakes and biscuits as well as offering brand new and used books for sale, many of which have been signed by authors.

The lounge (and the shop at the front) is run by an independent local supported housing charity that have been working in the area for over 20 years, they offer help to those with complex needs and those who are facing social disadvantage and social isolation, the charity work with a wide remit of people including those with neurodiversities and those that need a helping hand with life in general.

The Latte Lounge is open Monday to Saturday between 9:30am and 3:30pm so pop in and see what's on offer!! All proceeds raised are used to support the on-going work of the charity.
