With the easing of more restrictions on what businesses can re-open comes an opportunity to run the soft play area in the centre of Midsomer Norton.

The lease is up for the Go Wild softplay den in Holly Court.

And the owner, who also has the cafe opposite, suggested to Nub News that the new operator/ lease holder could enjoy some special business benefits.

The business only opened in March 2019, but the first manager decided it wasn't for her.

Owner Nial McCraw runs the Essence Cafe and told us : " So what we have managed to negotiate through our landlord is a rent more in line with the current market this combined with no business rates really makes it a perfect little business for someone to grab.

"Actually the rent has been halved - from £1000 to £500 month. A great opportunity for self employed person or someone looking for a nice small business to get their teeth stuck into." There is also a service charge and all mandatory health and safety and legislative administrative paperwork would also need to be completed.

He added: " Someone who's likes kids and a dab hand at keeping on top of the legislation regarding health and safety who's there during opening times. They can contact me at [email protected]."

Under the coronavirus news released yesterday (August 13) and coming into force from Saturday, restrictions being eased mean:

- Wedding receptions for up to 30 guests will be permitted

- Casinos, bowling alleys and will be allowed to reopen

- Some beauty services such as facials, eyebrow threading, and eyelash treatments can resume.
