In addition to great music acts such as The Entitled Sons, this years' Midsomer Norton Music and Arts Festival, held on June 3rd at the Town Park, will feature an amazing food village with three 'food-headliners' already announced.
First up is Smokehouse on the Hill serving up smoked chicken and pork with vegan and veggie options too.
For lighter bites and snacks there's The Crumporium offering buttered crumpets with delicious toppings.
If you're in the mood for Mac 'n' Cheese, Hog Roasts or some loaded nachos, The Roaming Deli, well known to locals, will be serving from their picturesque horse-box stall.
The Outfield Festival team will be running a bar with Ice cream and coffee stalls also on site to keep everyone going throughout the day.
Organised by the Midsomer Norton Community Trust, this years' festival is receiving sponsorship and support from community-minded firms such as broadband provider LitFibre and housing association group Curo. Bath College and the Town Council have all given support allowing this community event to be offered free to local residents and visitors. Massey Wilcox will again be providing the stage. Local radio station, Somer Valley FM will be there on the day too.
The Food Village is only a part of the festival with many music acts playing including bands from Norton Hill School and Bath College. Gavin Lazarus 'Cool Britainnia', Gavin Osborn and Original Barn Finds will be supporting the Entitled Sons headline slot at the town's wonderful amphitheatre.
Away from the main stage there will be an arts tent, workshops, exhibitions a spray paint demo and bouncy castles meaning there's something for everyone to enjoy.
The festival, on Saturday the 3rd June, starts at 1pm and will run until 7.30pm.
