A fundraiser for the young victim of the traffic accident in Peasedown earlier this week has been started, revealing that she was a hugely popular elite athlete.

Natasha (known to all as Tash) Lewis, who lived in Peasedown, was in the words of those who knew her " An incredible women who touched thousands of lives."

She was former Sports Performance student in Bath and had been a member of the elite GB bobsleigh Team.

She then took on a career in personal training, alongside her partner Dave Bowler, with the Get Fit in Bath company.

Friends have set up a moving donation page in her memory and hundreds have already donated. You can read more and donate by clicking HERE:

Tash was often seen running out locally and was one of the highest performing runners in the elite circuit. The crash in the morning on April 7 is still under investigation.
