Guilty of murder : Jury gives its verdict of Frome's Joshua Delbono, accused of the killing of Radstock's Charley Bates

The jury has today (April 11) has given its verdict in the case of the stabbing of Radstock teenager Charley Bates.

Frome's Joshua Delbono has been found guilty of killing the teenager, who was stabbed to death in the car park behind the library in The Street in Radstock on July 31 last year.

The verdict came in at 11:30 this morning.

Delbono will be sentenced at a later time. He had denied murdering 16 year old Charley known to his friends as Char who, Bristol Crown Court was told, had suffered from an unsurvivable stab wound to the chest during a fight in the car park.
