The Local Community Beat Officer for Midsomer Norton is asking for YOU to tell the local force what matters.

Specifically he is asking the community what is important in terms of their first point of contact with the force.

The results will be used to shape how they interact with the public going forward.

So they want to improve existing contact channels, but there are also future options under longer-term consideration, for example online live chat and direct reporting via social media.

The survey only takes 3–4-minutes.

It is HERE https://forms.office.com/e/uB4yfUWHyy

If possible, could the survey be completed between now and the 4th March.
