Over in Frome the Town Council is advertising for a Resilience Communications Officer. A two year funded fixed term contract (25 hours) Grade: SCP 15 (£23,541) pro rata. In this role you will work with other council staff and councillors to communicate with and engage residents, community organisations, businesses, and other public agencies. Also in Frome, but with travel, a vacancy working in a well-established engineering company as an Agricultural Technician. Responsibilities:

Carry out PDI, service and repair work primarily on agricultural machinery, working within the workshop and travelling up to 30 miles from the office. You need at least two years experience. For more details click HERE : the job pays between £29,000 and £34,000 depending on experience

Radstock Nub News has seen a job listing for Class Two tipper drivers, working on behalf of a local construction company. Your main duties will be delivering bulk loads of bulk earthwork across the whole South West area. Ideally looking for drivers who have driven tippers before, with a minimum of 12 months experience.
