Property Manager in Midsomer Norton for Andrews Property Group. Hybrid work from home on Mondays and Fridays and from the Midsomer Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The successful Property Manager will be: • Dealing with phone enquiries and ensuring regular communication with the landlord to ensure long term relationships are formed • Recording application details for both landlords and tenants • Monitor repair requests and making sure these are dealt with quickly • Chasing overdue rent • Dealing with insurance claims • Arrange when appropriate check ins, check outs, property inspections and inventories • Monitor references. At Highcroft vets, a Patient Care Assistant, This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week; 8am–7pm 4 days a week with a set day off in the week. The position will be based between the Silva House branch and Frome branch so driving will be a necessity. This role will involve animal handling, assisting vets and nurses in restraining animals for treatment, cleaning, walking and feeding patients, general cleaning and maintenance duties, answering phone calls, reception cover, greeting clients and providing the highest standards of animal and customer care.
