Over in Templecombe, a vacancy for an Assistant Service Delivery Manager

Working for Thales, that's the company which works in the defence sector.

They are looking for someone to work on the current Sensor Support Optimisation Programme (SSOP) and the forthcoming Maritime Sensors Enhancement Team (M-SET). These projects deliver an availability based support solution to 18 services with the UK Royal Navy.

You will get the opportunity to get up close to in-service vessels and equipment and may be required to attend Thales waterfront facilities in Portsmouth, Devonport and Faslane.

In this role you will provide support for the management, control and delivery of all allocated Work Packages/Tasks/Bids, including contract performance, risk management, compliance with export control rules and customer regulations, and the management of finance and budgets. 

You need to have strong database management or Excel skills, commercial awareness and understanding of the product / equipment. Above all, you should have a genuine interest in the project and be eager to learn and grow you skills and experience. To find out more see HERE

Work as a care home manager

Salary - £35,000 per annum and you would get mileage paid at 0.25 per mile.

The role is described as covering complex care package for Learning Disabilities and Autism and is in Radstock.

You will need to have previous experience as a manager or a similar senior role within the care industry.

This role requires a minimum of an NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care qualification and you will need to have completed, working towards, or willing to achieve their NVQ/Diploma Level 5.

Work as a teaching assistant for a Primary School in Radstock

The school is rated Good by Ofsted, they pride themselves in providing a welcoming and inclusive environment where every chid can flourish. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in small group interventions, providing tailored support to help student reach their full potential.

The role is open for a start date until 28th of March (possibility of an extension) and is full time, although there is flexibility of early finishes or mornings only. Guaranteed role up until Easter with pay specified at £95 a day.
