Local BMX star with Olympic dreams but needs sponsorship to make them real
He's been BMX racing since he was aged just five but now, if his ambitions for competitng in the Olympics are to be realised, he needs some help.
Fifteen year old Taylor Hunt, a pupil at Writhlington School, is already leading out within British Cycling and has been talented spotted and is part of the Olympic Development pathway .
Throughout this time he has been World Champion 2015 (aged just eight), European Champion and 4 x National and British Champion.
Taylor, who lives in Westfield, is currently on the British Cycling Talent Development pathway. His long term goal is to become a full-time athlete and potentially reach the Olympics.
To assist his progression he needs to continue racing nationally and internationally. This year he has numerous trips planned across Europe and at home, the largest being the European and World Championships in Belgium and France in July. He is also hoping to travel to America later in the year.
His family told Nub News: " We are looking for businesses who would be open to supporting Taylor through sponsorship (ideally to assist travel costs) and who have a shared passion for sport and future progression. In return we could publicise businesses through logos, kit and social media networks. " Any help you can offer is appreciated.
