Lots of Christmas fayres and shopping experiences this weekend, but what about supporting a new, totally free local event this coming Sunday? Are your children aged from 5-11 and living in Midsomer Norton? Then there is a special festive treat for them from the town council. On December 8, from 3pm until 5pm, a Christmas party with entertainment by Glyn Davis, food, drink and party games and it won't cost you a penny. This is the first year that this kind of event has been held as a way of bringing the community together. Tickets available from the council offices.
