Some delicious smells coming from the kitchen of the local charity Swallow as they readied for re-opening their cafe.

With an abundance of goodwill, not to mention super service, cafe goers will doubtless pleased to see them back.

The cafe, which supports young adults with learning disabilities, is also keenly priced; with visitors able to enjoy home baked scones, breads, pizzas and cakes all made on the premises.

The charity, which on any one day has up to eight helpers, would prefer diners to call in their order on 07565 752350 or contact them by email : [email protected].

This week, the team have a personal Nub New favourite on the menu, homemade courgette, potato and Cheddar cheese soup, to make the most of the current green bounty.

The Community Cafe will be open every Tuesday to Friday from 11 am until 3pm.

Due to the latest coronavirus rules, it will only be able to have two tables of six inside, but with a lovely outdoor space and plans to put tables in the nearby basketball court, everyone should be happy,

You can find the cafe at St Nicholas Church Rooms , Radstock BA3 3QQ.
