Lewis Harvey has always wanted to run his own hair salon.

But perhaps he did not appreciate that opening a business right now would be so tough.

But he didn't hesitate and on July 6 he opened the doors on Textür Hair Boutiques in Radstock.

Twenty six year old Lewis has always known what he wanted when he opened his own salon, somewhere warm and inviting.

Lewis told Nub News on his second day open : " It's going really well and I seem to have hit the ground running. "

Right now Lewis is operating the hair salon on his own but he hopes the business will grow and he will be able to hire another hair stylist.

" I want to bring my best to the area and be part of the growing community. "

The Bath resident explained why he chose to bring that business to Radstock, saying, " As much as I love working in the busy city, the prices of the hair services are based on how much rent the salon has to pay. I felt that Radstock had reasonable rent in a near countryside community so I can make luxury hair affordable."
