Planning news in and around Midsomer Norton this week :

And an application is for three new homes on land to the west side of Primrose Lane, Midsomer Norton, The application has been made by Change Properties LTD in Chewton Mendip. Under 22/03287/FUL the plan is to build two new three bedroomed homes and one one bedroom coach house following the demolition of an existing derelict industrial unit.

Over in Farmborough 8 Rectory Close, has put in an application to demolish an existing veranda and to build a new single storey rear extension and front porch. Details under 22/04960/FUL

Planning decisions made this week include:

No objections to plans for tree works at 30 Millards Hill, in Welton. The homeowners have applied to fell a Pine, an Italian Cypress and a Norway Spruce.

Journey's End , Palmers Lane, in Tunley has had an application for a garden office refused. Dunkerton & Tunley Parish Council had supported the application.
