And an application is for seven new homes in Westfield. Aviemore, on Fosseway, has put in an application for residential development of the new dwellings with garages and associated parking spaces with adapted highway access, and alteration of the existing dwelling at Aviemore. The application has been made by Flower And Hayes Ltd.

The application is for this piece of land and the house.

Number 3 The Square in Wellow has an application in for electrical rewiring, replacement log burner installation, completion of repairs and renovations. Details under 22/03083/LBA

And 2 Axford Way, in Peasedown St John, has put in an application for a single storey front extension. 22/03097/FUL

Planning decisions made this week in B&NES include:

No objection to an application to prune a Holly tree at 11 Rackvernal Road, Midsomer Norton.

Permitted, an application by Waterside, 6 Steam Mills, Midsomer Norton for a rear single storey extension and driveway alterations.

No objection to plans to fell an Aspen tree at Sunnymede , 6 Meadow View, in Radstock.

An application - retrospective for the provision of external lighting scheme for surgery car park and building perimeter at Elm Hayes Surgery , on Clandown Road, in Paulton has been permitted.
