Planning decisions made by B&NES this week include: They have approved plans to build a single storey rear extension at 11 St Paul's Place, in Welton. Also in Welton, they have approved plans to build a single storey side and rear extension at 46 Welton Grove, BA3 2TU. Permitted, an application by 26 Highfields, in Westfield, to build a garden room extension following removal of existing conservatory. In Clutton, they have approved plans for a single storey rear extension at 7 Lower Bristol Road. And in Keynsham, the Conservative Club, at 22 High Street, has been refused permission to paint the front of the building blue.
