In planning news this week, the department at B&NES has listed the following:

The existing planning application to build ten homes on land at Ryman Engineering Services in Radstock is now more detailed, with planners looking at architectural drawings of how the homes could look.

The development post code is BA3 3PY , which is for land off the Frome Road, behind Nelson Ward Drive.

This week the developers put in a Non-Material Amendment to the existing application, which concerns the demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site for residential purposes involving the erection of 10 units and associated infrastructure, including parking and private gardens.

An application to build on the site was first made in November 2018.
