The award-winning and hugely popular Radstock Museum announced late last night (March 17) that it is closing with immediate effect and until further notice.

The Museum recently announced the opening of a sixth cafe for veterans, and is a key place to meet up in the town.

It also had a record number of visitors in the past month.

In addition the Science in Radstock Talks, Bygone Days Talks and all the Community Cafes are cancelled.

The Trustees will review the situation as Government advice changes and will send out another update should restrictions be eased.
