Members of the Midsomer Norton & Radstock Rotary Club are proud of the rich heritage of the area we are all fortunate to live in and even prouder of how the area came together through the pandemic and pulled together as a community.

Wanting to embrace and reflect upon this community pride, the Rotary Club approached the Radstock Museum for permission to use bygone scenes for their charity Christmas card selection. The museum kindly consented and two photos of Midsomer Norton and two of Radstock have been produced as Christmas cards.

The cards are £5 for a pack of eight (two of each print) and are available for purchase at the Best Western Plus Centurion Hotel on Charlton Lane or Wicks & Pierce Real Estate Agents, 68 High Street, Midsomer Norton. The cards will also be available at the Rotary Club's Festive Christmas Carol Service, St. John's church in Midsomer Norton, 14 December, at 7pm. If you are able to offer an outlet for selling the cards, please contact the Rotary Club, www.rotarynr.org.uk

All profits from the cards will go into the club's charity account and help those in need within the area with the expectation that we keep lifting each other up and forming a stronger community.

Rotary was founded on fellowship and gives one the opportunity to serve, the chance to collectively help others and develop better local and international communities; and is richly rewarding. For more information please visit www.rotarynr.org.uk
