Firstly, up at Radstock Town FC at Southfield will be collecting for the local foodbank - and you can get to meet the team.

Cans, long life food and toiletries are particularly welcome.

Players and staff will be collecting donations from 10am - 1pm at the ground. For the full address : Southfields Recreation Ground, Radstock BA3 3NZ.

Then at 4. 30pm along Fortescue Road, the Radstock Christmas lights will be officially be switched on.

This year it will be a socially-distanced event, for coronavirus reasons, but the local Lions will be there along with some members of Radstock Town Council.

Because the Lions of Radstock and Midsomer Norton will not this year be able to be out on their float they are encouraging on line donations details by clicking HERE : the mn lions site
