These Juniors have been busy getting ready for grading at the local Tae Kwon-Do club in Midsomer Norton.

The trainer has been telling them : Consistency is key to progress through grades and become a successful martial artist, you must attend classes regularly, practice at home, and push yourself to improve each day. Remember that progress is not always linear, and there will be ups and downs along the way. But if you stay consistent and committed to your training, you will see results

So keep showing up, keep practicing, and never give up on your Tae Kwon-Do journey.
