It was an exciting weekend at the South West Championships, with over 400 competitors. Lucy show great performance representing our club for the first time.

It was great to see our Tae Kwon-Do friends, family and club members supporting our competitors every step of the way.
It's always amazing to see everyone come together and lift each other up in their pursuit of the same goal.
Well done to everyone who was brave enough to step on the mats this weekend, we are proud of you.
