He told the Nub News: "What ever the post Covid world looks like we know that the impact of the lock-down will mean that mental health will be the predominating social issue of our times. We have still much to get through and right now we need to be looking at how we remain socially connected while maintaining physical distance. Local radio stations like Somer Valley FM have a massive role to play in this."

The day starts with some special messages recorded by British singer Dua Lipa which you can hear on the Breakfast Show with Jo Davis from 8am. The special programme begins at 10am with Dom introducing conversations with guests who share stories and insight in mental well-being. Bath MP Wera Hobhouse has a long-standing interest in mental health. Local Life Coach and trainer Yvonne B discusses the link between physical and mental wellness. Other guests include local comedian Heather Bryson-Banks and Julie Matthews who runs peer mentoring programmes across Somerset. Dom's special guest is Peggy Spiller who, at 101 years was born during the influenza pandemic that followed the First World War.
