Our gardening club AGM was held on Wednesday 15th February in Kilmersdon Village Hall. A good gathering of members made for an interesting evening. Wine and a finger buffet produced by two of our committee members followed which was very much appreciated by the club members. Member Frances Horler won the first prize in the raffle, a planted trough of coloured primroses surrounding seasonal snowdrops.

The meeting adopted another full and appealing programme of speakers for 2023 - 2024, ranging from our first talk of the year on Wednesday 8th March, Gardening for Moths by Colin Higgins, to The Bishops Palace Gardens, Past, Present and Future by James Cross and more!

We welcome visitors and new members to our meetings, doors open at 7.15 with time for refreshments before the meeting begins at 7.30pm. Visitors are asked to pay £3 which includes a cup of tea of coffee and biscuits. Our meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month in Kilmersdon Village Hall, BA3 5TD, diagonally opposite The Joliffe.
