Midsomer Norton Christmas tree is no star - says resident

A disgrace.
One Midsomer Norton resident has taken to social media with a pointed barb at the town's Christmas Tree.
And it is definitely not a star - according to her post comparing it unfavourably with the festive trees in Radstock and Paulton.
Her message: " Yet again it comes to this time year and I have to express my disgust in the tree or twig that has been put up in our town It's a disgrace compared with Radstock and Paulton."
Adding : "You could've put a decent amount of lights on it and topped with a star!"
To be fair over in Frome the tree is star free too.
And it's not just the tree which has been lighting up social media. Another added " Westfield's Xmas lights are way better than Nortons!"
